Moderation Policy

01What We Moderate

Revyro moderates three categories of content:

• Inputs — scripts, avatar photos, product images, audio, and any other material you upload to the Platform
• Outputs — AI-generated videos produced by the Platform
• Custom Avatars — AI digital likenesses created from uploaded face photos

02Prohibited Content — Zero Tolerance

The following content is strictly forbidden on the Platform. Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination with no appeal:

2.1 Child Safety

• Any content that sexually exploits, depicts, or endangers minors
• Any avatar or likeness of a person under the age of 18
• Any content that could be used to groom, target, or harm children

2.2 Violence & Extremism

• Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence against individuals or groups
• Content that supports or recruits for terrorist organisations or extremist movements
• Graphic depictions of real-world violence intended to shock or harm

2.3 Hate Speech & Discrimination

• Content that attacks, dehumanises, or calls for harm against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics
• Slurs, symbols, or imagery associated with hate groups

2.4 Non-Consensual Likeness Use

• Avatars or video content using a real person's face, voice, or likeness without their explicit written consent
• Deepfakes of real individuals intended to deceive, harm, or defame
• Content that puts false words, actions, or statements into a real person's mouth without their consent

2.5 Sexual Content

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind
• Content that sexualises real individuals without consent
• Content designed to solicit sexual services

2.6 Fraud & Deception

• Impersonation of real people, brands, or organisations with intent to deceive
• Scam advertisements, phishing content, or financial fraud
• Fake testimonials using AI avatars presented as real customer reviews without disclosure

2.7 Illegal Activity

• Content promoting, facilitating, or glorifying illegal activity
• Advertisements for illegal products or services
• Content that violates any applicable law in the jurisdiction where it is created or distributed

03Restricted Content

The following content is permitted only under specific conditions. Posting restricted content without meeting these conditions will result in content removal and may result in account suspension:

04Avatar-Specific Rules

Because Custom Avatars involve real human likenesses, they are subject to additional moderation standards. See our Custom Avatar Policy for full details. In summary:

• Avatars of celebrities, public figures, or any individual without explicit consent are prohibited
• Avatars of minors are prohibited under all circumstances
• Avatars must not be used to create defamatory, misleading, or harmful content about the individual depicted

05AI Disclosure Requirement

All Outputs generated on Revyro are AI-created. You are required to disclose the AI-generated nature of your content wherever required by law or platform policy. Creating content designed to deceive viewers into believing it was produced by a real human — particularly in contexts where such deception could cause harm — is a violation of this Policy.

06How Moderation Works

6.1 Automated Screening

All Inputs and generated Outputs pass through automated detection systems that flag content potentially violating this Policy. Flagged content may be held for manual review before delivery.

6.2 User Reporting

Anyone — including non-users — can report content that they believe violates this Policy by emailing support@revyro.io with:

• A description of the content and why it violates this Policy
• A link or reference to the content where possible
• Your contact information

We review all reports and respond where appropriate.

6.3 Manual Review

Flagged or reported content is reviewed by a member of the Revyro team. Where possible, reviews involving appeals are conducted by a team member not involved in the original decision.

6.4 Proactive Monitoring

Revyro reserves the right to proactively review content on the Platform, particularly in response to reports, legal notices, or patterns of misuse, without requiring a specific complaint.

07Enforcement

Revyro applies enforcement actions proportionate to the severity and frequency of violations:

We reserve the right to skip warning stages for serious violations. Account termination does not entitle users to a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Where content may constitute a criminal offence, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

08Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may submit an appeal within 14 days of the decision by emailing support@revyro.io with:

• Subject: "Moderation Appeal — [Your Account Email]"
• A description of the content in question
• Why you believe the decision was incorrect
• Any supporting evidence (e.g. proof of consent, licence documentation)

We will review your appeal and respond within 5 business days. Appeals for zero-tolerance violations (Section 2) are not accepted.

09Policy Updates

We review and update this Policy regularly to reflect changes in the law, platform capabilities, and emerging risks. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
