This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Revyro.io and is operated by CONVERSION OFFICE L.P. ("Revyro," "we," "us," "our"). By subscribing to the Platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.
01General Policy
All Subscription fees paid to Revyro are non-refundable, except where expressly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.
When you subscribe to Revyro, you receive immediate access to the Platform and its AI video generation features. Because the service is delivered digitally and made available to you instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused credits, or partial billing periods.
02EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your first purchase.
By generating your first video Output on the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have requested immediate performance of the digital service, and that your 14-day right of withdrawal is waived upon first use of the Platform's core features.
If you have purchased a Subscription and have not yet generated any Output, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting us at support@revyro.io.
03Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly — for example, charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancellation — contact us at support@revyro.io within 30 days of the charge date.
We will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund promptly.
04Failed or Duplicate Charges
If a technical error causes a duplicate or failed charge, we will resolve it within 5 business days of being notified. Contact us at support@revyro.io with your account email and a description of the issue.
05Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your Subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Upon cancellation:
- Your Subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after that date.
- You retain access to all features until the period ends.
- Any Outputs already generated and downloaded remain yours.
To cancel, go to your account settings and follow the cancellation steps, or contact us at support@revyro.io.
06Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly by contacting support@revyro.io.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Loss of access to all generated Outputs stored on the Platform
- Being treated as a breach of our Terms of Service
07Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Serious and documented technical failures on our end that prevented you from using the Platform during your billing period
- Unauthorised account access resulting in charges you did not authorise
Refunds in these cases are granted at Revyro's sole discretion. To request a review, contact support@revyro.io with a detailed description and any relevant documentation.
08How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue:
- Email support@revyro.io
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]"
- Include: your account email, the charge date, the amount, and the reason for your request
