This Privacy Policy explains how CONVERSION OFFICE L.P. ("Revyro," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information when you use Revyro.io and all related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
01Who We Are
Revyro is operated by CONVERSION OFFICE L.P., a company registered in Greece, with registered address at Olgas 24, Amarousio, 15124, Greece.
As a company established within the European Union, we are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. The Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) is our lead supervisory authority.

02Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account data: Name, email address, password, and any other information you provide when creating or updating your account.
- Billing & payment data: Billing address and payment method details. Payment card information is processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and is not stored by Revyro.
- Inputs you submit: Scripts, avatar photos, product images, brand assets, audio, and any other content you upload to the Platform to generate video Outputs.
- Communications: Any messages you send us via email, support tickets, or contact forms.
2.2 Biometric & Face Data
When you upload a photo containing a human face to create an Avatar, the Platform processes the facial data in that image to generate an AI Avatar. This constitutes biometric data under GDPR and certain other laws (including US state biometric privacy laws such as Illinois BIPA).
- We process face data solely to generate your requested Output.
- We do not store facial geometry or biometric identifiers beyond what is strictly necessary to produce your Output.
- By uploading a face image, you confirm you have obtained explicit consent from the individual depicted (or that you are that individual), as required by our Terms of Service.
- You may request deletion of any uploaded face data at any time by contacting support@revyro.io.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:
- Device & browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, video templates selected, time spent on the Platform, click patterns, and navigation behaviour.
- Log data: Access times, error logs, and session data.
- Location data: Approximate location derived from your IP address (country/region level only — we do not collect precise GPS location).
2.4 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies. See Section 6 (Cookies) for full details.
2.5 Third-Party Sources
We may receive information about you from:
- Social login providers (e.g. Google) if you choose to sign in with a third-party account.
- Payment processors confirming transaction status.
- Analytics providers aggregating usage trends.
03How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes. Under GDPR, we process your data only where we have a valid legal basis:

We will never use your information for purposes incompatible with those listed above.
04AI Model Training & Opt-Out
We may use anonymised and aggregated data derived from Platform usage to improve our AI models and services. We will not use your identifiable Inputs, Outputs, or uploaded face images to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
Contact support@revyro.io with the subject line "AI Training Opt-Out." Opting out will not affect your ability to use the Platform.
05How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for behavioural advertising purposes.
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Platform (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics). All service providers are bound by Data Processing Agreements and may only use your data to provide services to us.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you before any such transfer occurs.
- With your consent: We may share your information in any other circumstance where you have given explicit consent.
06Cookies & Tracking
We use the following types of cookies:

Your choices
- You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings.
- You may opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- EU/UK users: Non-essential cookies will only be loaded after you provide explicit consent via our cookie consent banner, in compliance with the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR.
07Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time. We will process valid deletion requests within 72 hours, subject to any legal retention obligations.
08Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Access controls and role-based permissions
- Regular security assessments
- Secure payment processing via Stripe
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your data using industry-standard practices. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@revyro.io.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) within 72 hours and affected users without undue delay, as required by GDPR Article 33–34.
09Your Rights
As a user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. EU/EEA residents have these rights under GDPR. Users in other jurisdictions may have similar rights under their local laws.

How to exercise your rights
Contact us at support@revyro.io with "Data Rights Request" in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 30 days (or within 72 hours for deletion requests).

California users (CCPA): You have additional rights including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. 10Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their data to us, contact us immediately at support@revyro.io and we will delete the data promptly.
11International Data Transfers
Revyro is based in Greece (EU). Your data is stored within the EU where possible. If we transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA — for example, to third-party service providers located in the USA — we ensure adequate protection is in place through:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Transfers only to countries with an adequacy decision from the European Commission where applicable
We will not transfer your data to third countries without appropriate safeguards.
12Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
13Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification before they take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
